Functional Pt provides mums and babies with a great progession from Anti Natal (Berfore) all the way to Moitvated Mums (advanced).
The program starts with the Anti natal class, a full Anti natal assessment, then and at mums pace will move on to the next stage being mums on a mission and so on.
At the beginning of each stage Mum will recive a full assessment prior to starting the next stage.
Each stage of the runs for 10 weeks with two classes per week. Each Mums and Babies class run for 30mins.
Stage 1 and 2 both run for 30min each with stage 3 and 4 running for 45mins

4.Motivated Mums (Advanced)

Fuctional PT runs this class every week for 6 weeks.
With 4 sessions per week, the Boot camp training is run inline with Army style training in mind by a fully trained Ex Army PTI.
This program will train you like you have never trained before, will increase your strength, endurance, cardio within weeks.

This class is designed for anyone with an acute or ongoing injury and or illness.
If you suffer from high BP, Colesstrol, Over Weight and much more then contact us and we will conduct a full Wellbeing Assessment to see if you are able to partisapate in these classes.
Upper and Lower limb classes are specific exercises targeting either upper limb or the lower limbs regions of the body.
No matter what your injury or illness is we will be able to provide with a program or class solution.
